Just hooked up a new amp and cant get anything to work?
I have a Pioneer deh p5200hd headunit and 2 pioneer 1200 W subs. I hooked up a Boss ph5000d 5000W amp. Cant seem to get anything to work. I dont know if I wired them correctly, but I had a 500 W amp before and it worked fine. Any ideas?
Was this amp new or used? It's been my experience that boss audio is grade A garbage. Not trying to be rude, just giving you the possibility that the amp may not function properly. First, though, I'd get someone who knows what they are doing to look at it. That's like some unknowledged person trying to rebuild an engine, and later says I can't get the car to run.
