snow white budgie bird now shimmers blue depending on the angle you view the bird?
My budgie is ALL WHITE, not a spot of color on her, but now for some reason today when I look at her from the side she shimmers a bit of blue all over her body specially chest and tail...
Nothing is bouncing off the color on to her. She does have a blue budgie mate; is she trying to compete or attract her mate by trying to turn the same color as her blue bird mate?

Your bird is definitely not changing colour to please her mate,
After a budgies first molt (3-4 months) its feathers will no longer change colour.
Yet you are not seeing things, and light is not simply bouncing or reflecting of your bird. Budgies feathers are made from more than one color, in all budgies there base coat is blue, this is like when you look at a blackbird and you see blues, and purples, and all sorts of other colors. You are seeing the other color feathers of your bird coming through the white. You can usually only see this affect in a white (albino) budgie, since their feathers are such a light color. This is a totally natural and scientific thing so don't be alarmed.
