Do I need a certain car stereo for subs?
I wasnt sure if it would be effected by subs or if it was ok to just hook them up to the stereo.
Also the subs have a built in Amplifier do you think that is better then buying a Amp sepretly?

You can connect a sub to almost all new stereo's that enter the market. Some however, like some of the Sony range has a seperate sub-out, and that makes a bit easier connection possible. But if your stereo can support an amp, then it will be able to support a subwoofer, no worries!
