i was shunted and third party exchanged details but denied later?
i was driving along main road as i approached round about i stared to break to slow down and the bus behind my car came Straight into back my car, bus driver exchanged insurance details then after wards he denied that he was involved in accident i had TFT i had to hire a solicitor and now my solicitor says there is alternative but take other driver to court but i dont have witness and police wasnt involved as he did not dispute at the time of accident he agreed to exchange details Straight away what will happen if i go to court
