i have a internet cafe,i started in 2006 october when i started cafe the rate of per hour is 20 ruppees near my cafe there is one cafe who started cafe 3 years before he have 14 computer in his cafe when i open my cafe suddenly he slash down his price from 20 to 10 ruppees per hour i run my cafe 15 ruppees per hour for 6 months but when people bragain too much i slash down my rate to the same 10 ruppees per hour but i have only 7 computer in my cafe but in my cafe i install compaq brand with TFT monitors and i furnished my cafe well than him.what can i do whether i again increase the rate or i run it in the same rate i am earning 500 to 600 hundred ruppees in a day but my target is 800 to 1000 ruppees in a day what can i do to get rid out of this competition and do my bussiness coolly and smoothly.Pls help me ,..................
