Is there good Subwoofer/Speakers for a 1987 Ford F-250 and do speakers have subwoofers in them?
I just got a 1987 Ford F-250 and I was wondering do you only need speakers? Do they come with sub woofers in them? Also can you play music with just a subwoofer or you need both?

Ok your truck has factory Oe audio kit no they dont come with subs they are mids you would have to go out and purchase a subwoofer from your local audio store and some subwoofers you can play music through although it may sound distorted i would go with a Dual Voice Coil which plays low tones for better bass and it also puts out a great deal of speak in it you can hear bass but also the words and id hook it up to a 500 to 1000 watt Amplifier but it is hard to hook to a factory cd player also so id get a aftermarket stereo also
