Difference between 6,000k H.I.D. and 8,000k H.I.D.?
If I were to purchase a HID Conversion Kit for my '02 4Runner which HID kit would resemble the headlights of an Escalade, BMW, Lexus etc..? I don't want the lights to look different from any of these cars because it will attract too much attention.
6000k is a light blue mostly clear white color. 8000k is a blue color. BMW, Lexus, etc use 4300k HID. However, your color will vary because they use a projector in the headlight, something your 4 runner does not have. I would recommend going with 6000k, it offers a good look and visibility. However, just remember they probably aren't legal in your state if it didn't come from the factory with HID.
