Honda Accord 2003 Power Window Auto button doesn't turn off !!!?
Hi, even when i take the key out with ignition off and lock the car with the key central locking, the front window button which says AUTO stays on and active, all the time for, like hours or a day. And when i use the car after that, the battery has lost so much power (dim dashboard and lcd screen light).
I've tried holding that button up/down for a minute with everything off, didn't help though.
Can anyone suggest a solution ?
P.S - also, might be a dumb question, but if i am parking my car for like 2-3 days (i use it just twice/thrice a week), i still use the key central locking/Alarm System, is that ok ? Because the red (lock) light indicator on the dashboard keeps blinking, and i am not sure if it drains a lot of battery.
It's a 2.4 i-VTEC, Manual Transmission
Well if you don't want to get it repaired then look in the owners manual and find and pull the window fuse prior to parking. The alarm LED doesn't pull enough to run a battery down unless that battery is on it's last legs.
