Car audio, What should i get?
Well i own a 98 Chevy Silverado Ext cab and i was thinking about getting a box for under the rear seat and getting a kicker 12 inch with 400wat rms with a 400watt kicker Amp mono... its a Shallow Mount Sub because i am limited for under the seat any one out their really good at car audio that would know if this would sound good,bad,loud,shitty,? im not sure i want it loud to were people can hear me coming but not redicuiously loud let me know thanks
I know what your going tho being a truck driver and trying to get sum truly crisp sound out of a subwoofer. I personally am NOT a kicker fan I just don't like them but that's not the point I think you should look up the new shallow Mount subwoofers that manufactures are making now days here are sum really nice 1s. Kole MFW, and Power acoustik STW. These are just the ones I like but pioneer has one and they always make good sounding speakers. If you want you can visit this site www.woofersetc.com its got just about every brand and are priced well too. If you want better sound quality get a smaller sized speaker and remember you really don't NEED a subwoofer sum good mid's would do just fine but what the heck why not. : P
