Yes. It should. Most laptop adapters are 80watts or lower so I would not see a problem using 100W inverter.

Remember you can easily calculate the required input power. Power = current * voltage. We know the voltage is 110 but you did not say how much current it draws. If you know it, then you can calculate the peak input power. Always use the input power rather than output power because some power will be dissipated in heat inside.

Your output power from what you gave us is approximately 60W. I think it is probably close but for a laptop, that should be fine!
