What is a good energy drink or pill to take to get clear in the head and feel alert if drowsy?
I get normal sleep and feel refresh for the most part, but I do occasionally during the day, or on most days for a few hours feel tired in the afternoon while at the office and less effective because I am not clear in the head I think. What can I take or drink or anything to feel more clear and "all there" in the head to perform better and feel more clearer and energized?
I know a mountain dew or 5 hour energy and those things, just wondering what really works for people.
happy pills(or caffiene pills) , theyre sold at GNC and other heath stores..
there basically a pill equivalent to drinking like 3 coffees and there fat free.
a lot of models use them because coffee isnt healthy once you add the sugar and cream to make it taste good, the pill form is much much easier.
it does speed up your heart though (so does redbull and all that other stuff) so if you have heart problems, i dont suggest it.
