Can I hard wire neon light tubes in a car?
You know the neon light tubes that are used in the interior of a car, the ones that plug into the cigarette lighter? Well is it possible to take those and hard wire them to the interior lights (You know the ones that come on when you open the door, in my car there is 1 bulb on the passengers side and the drivers side on the dash) so that when I open the door those come on instead?
cut off the cigarette lighter cord, then cut the two wires going to the current interior light, match positive to positive and negative to negative, solder them together and mount the tube
